1. For forms submitted before 11am SGT, the payee's information will be available within the same day. For forms submitted after 11am SGT, the payee's information will be available the next business day.
2. Please note that the recipient may receive the funds 1 to 3 business days after the transfer is initiated from our bank depending on the currency.
3. Please note that any incomplete or incorrect transfer details will result in a delay or failed transfer. MetaComp will notify the client in the event of failed transfer.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, MetaComp reserves the rights to request for any supporting documents confirming the information set out in this Declaration Form.
