Points Reward Information

Users earn 1 point for every USD 10,000 of completed OTC trading volume. Transactions with a trading amount below USD 10,000 are not eligible for points. Points are calculated in increments of USD 10,000 (e.g. 1 point for USD 10,000 ≤ amount < USD 20,000; 2 points for USD 20,000 ≤ amount < USD 30,000; and so on).

Users may redeem reward points (fiat withdrawals: 3; crypto withdrawals: 1, or such other amount as may be configured) to waive the applicable withdrawal fee.

Where sufficient reward points are available, the withdrawal fee waiver will be applied automatically at the time of withdrawal.

Prior to submission of a withdrawal request, users will be clearly informed of the withdrawal fee waiver and the number of reward points to be redeemed.

For trades conducted in non-USD currencies, the source currency amount will be converted to USD for points calculation purposes, using the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Earned points will expire 30 days (or such other period as may be configured) after the transaction date.

Points expiration is processed daily at 00:00:00 (midnight) following the applicable expiration period.
